Vidyashankar - Founder & CEO
Vidyashankar is an entrepreneur, and a peak performance trainer. With his schooling from a small village school of South India which had very minimum facilities or even many times no teachers to teach, obviously he started his under graduation in Engineering with very poor communication skills, low self esteem, unimpressive self image and a victimized mindset

Soon after joining his under graduation, on hitting a few low points because of his poor communication and low self esteem, he decided to turn things around. By the time he graduated from his Under graduation, he had presented over 13 papers on Engineering subjects in various State, National and International seminars and won several First prizes for his presentation skills, and one among them includes Institute of Engineers Gold Medal which he cherishes a lot.

Later he discovered the wonderful world of rapid learning and implemented it in studies which helped him to get the Gold Medal and First Rank in his University in the Master of Business Administration course. Though he was not from one of the top business institutes of the country he turned all the odds and went up in his career to the level of handling the global marketing activities of one of the multinational companies in Singapore. He traveled and lived in various parts of the world for business and for pleasure. Like most of the people, he also started realizing that what he was using was very little of his potential and capabilities after so many successes he had in his professional life.

On a journey of self-discovery using the powerful techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), he understood what his identity was, what his values were and what he was passionate about. To realize his life long dream he founded OnlySuccess, an organization built with the best people around him in his journey of Making People Powerful.

In this wonderful journey towards his dream he understood no more he needs to work, instead he just needs to do what he is passionate about - Empowering People and Giving them the Choices to Design their Destinies.

Today his company OnlySuccess runs training programs which every time becomes a life changing event for the participants.

Praveen Sherman - Director & Chief Trainer
Praveen Sherman is a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated trainer. He holds a Masters in Computers and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management. He always believes in doing things very differently. Realizing his passion was towards training and making a difference in their lives, Praveen renounced his job from a leading multinational software company and started his journey on his dream by co-founding OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, Asia’s No 1 training company with the mission of “Making People Powerful”

Learning NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was the drive for Praveen to achieve tremendous results for himself and in other too. Being trained by Dr. Richard Bandler personally was a boon. Praveen at the age of 27 went to be the youngest Certified NLP Training Specialist in Asia.

An avid reader and an open listener Praveen believes that there is learning everywhere. This has not only taken him to the next level but also has made him the most sought after trainer, speaker and life coach. Today Praveen trains people from different backgrounds and different professions ranging from students, home makers, corporate executives, sports men, health care professionals, actors, businessmen, finance controllers and many more. Praveen is also a behavioral expert and uses his skills by doing several capacity building activities in the form of Personal and Business Coaching sessions. His specialization includes Neuro Linguistic Programming, Behavioral and Habit Patterns, Presentation and Communication skills, Sales and Marketing, Accelerated Learning and Whole Brain Learning Methodologies. Praveen is frequently featured in national channels and news journals

Praveen in the year 2008 achieved a feat that has never been performed. He did a Live Phobia Cure for a lady with over 20+ years of phobia of snakes. This was the first time ever performed in Asia.

Lakshmi Narayanan - Director, Sales & Marketing
Lakshmi Narayanan or Lakshmi started his career as a sales person. Unlike many people, he chose to do sales. Right from the initial days of his professional life he understood Sales was what he was passionate about and he loved selling. Interestingly leading a team, and identifying peoples capabilities comes naturally to Lakshmi and that helped him to have a steep growth and a very successful Selling career.

With his Bachelors in Mathematics, Lakshmi loves playing the big number game. He always likes taking up big numbers as his teams target and put his best to achieve it. Because he puts his best he always exceeds the targets. Absolutely target driven, Lakshmis joy and ecstasy is in achieving big targets.

Over a period, on his way towards more and more enriching career, he was given the responsibility to lead and execute Marketing and the PR activities during his previous assignments.

Though he was very successful in his professional career, Lakshmis one of the significant goals was to setup his own company. When he met the like minded people he joined the massive movement of creating OnlySuccess and took up the charge as Director-Sales and Marketing.

Lakshmi has been the main instrumental behind setting up the company establishments at various places Asia. He drive the entire Franchisee team and the Partners of OnlySuccess.

Sendhil Annamalai - Chief Operations Officer
Sendhil Annamalai, is an Engineer with Masters in Business Administration having a rich professional experience in varied areas of Marketing, Operations and HR.

His professional experience of over a decade of managerial experience includes his successful tenure with leading telecom operators and a premium Insurance Company. In all these assignments Sendhil has proved his excellence.

Sendhil brings in his wonderful capabilities to connect and manage people and to run the operations of a professional company to the OnlySuccess Management Team. OnlySuccess as an organization has entrusted one of the most significant activity of managing the Operations of the company to Sendhil.

Not to the surprise, he always out performs the expectations of the Team members. Sendhil has his keen knowledge on Finance and maintain and decides the Financial management of the company that has made the company to almost double the revenues every single year. He has nurtured a very strong team at OnlySuccess.
